Welcome to LiveMusic. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("LiveMusic"). By installing, opening, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application immediately.
1. Description of Service
LiveMusic is a media player utility that allows users to play local audio files, organize them into playlists, host local Wi-Fi web-sharing servers, and synchronize audio playback states (play, pause, seek position) in peer-to-peer style rooms.
2. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership
A. Local Files & Downloading
- No Preloaded Content: LiveMusic is an empty framework shell player. We do not provide, host, or pre-load any music tracks, audio files, or video streams.
- Copyright Compliance: You are solely responsible for the legality of the media files you play, stream, transcode, or share. You must ensure you have the appropriate legal rights, licenses, or permissions for any audio files loaded into the application.
- Illegal Downloads Prohibited: You agree not to use the application to download, distribute, or stream copyrighted material without the authorization of the respective copyright owner.
B. Local Web Server Sharing
- Hotspot Sharing: The local web-sharing server streams audio directly from your phone to connected local devices. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to stream this audio and that your local networks are secure.
3. Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy
A. Copyright Infringement Claims
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner and believe that any content hosted or synchronized through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
To file a notice, please email our designated copyright agent with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Direct links or identification of the infringing material on our rooms/database.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement of good faith belief that the dispute is unauthorized.

4. In-App Advertisements & Analytics
By using LiveMusic, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The app contains advertisements served by third-party networks, specifically Google AdMob and Unity Ads.
- The app utilizes Google Firebase Analytics to track usage metrics and crash logs.
- You may see personalized or non-personalized ads, and these networks may use cookies or device IDs to deliver relevant marketing campaigns.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
LIVEMUSIC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, OR BE FREE OF ERRORS.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER (KAPIL PATEL) BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the competent courts of Gujarat, India.
